Who has taken an oath before a judicial authority and can draw up reports.

Operator

Natural or legal person, under public or private law, holder or applicant of the authorization to operate.

Minutes

Document issued by an authorized authority to establish the existence of a fact likely to result in administrative sanctions and/or criminal prosecution.
