5. Our advice

5.1 Pay attention to public comments

Whether as part of the public inquiry procedure or as part of the "mise à disposition", it is essential to take note of the comments made by the public in the register made available to them.

The aim is to identify the concerns of the public (local residents, environmental protection associations, etc.), and to respond to these in writing. This letter should be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the ICPE inspector in charge of your file.

This is a useful way of resolving any misunderstandings that could hinder the processing of your application.
