4. Our advice

4.1 Protect information likely to infringe industrial and commercial secrets

The legislator has provided that certain information may not be disclosed to the public when its communication or dissemination is likely to infringe industrial and commercial secrecy.

If you wish to make use of this right, you must send a letter to this effect to the prefect of the département, in which you :

  • indicate the items of information concerned and the secrets they infringe;

  • request that these items be excluded from the report released to the public.
