3.1 Notice of inquiry

A notice of the inquiry is published in prominent characters at least fifteen days before the start of the inquiry and repeated within the first eight days of the inquiry in two regional or local newspapers distributed in the department(s) concerned.

This notice is intended to inform the public of the opportunity to participate in the public inquiry.
