4.1 To make it easier to keep track of your classified facility, draw up a "dossier de vie de l'installation classée".

The "dossier de vie de l'installation classée" must include the following documents: the file (declaration or registration, or authorization), the prescriptions decree (authorization, registration or declaration), the inventory of hazardous products, the incident or accident register, the results of electrical installation checks, the general plan of workshops and storage areas, indicating the various danger zones, a plan showing the location of warning and emergency equipment, safety instructions, operating instructions, the latest water consumption figures, a plan of effluent collection networks, the hazardous waste register, the results of the latest measurements...
