Identify the main stages in the life of a classified facility

The prefectoral authorization or registration order and the declaration receipt are the starting point for the legal operation of a classified facility.

The operator of a classified facility is not alone. The inspectorate for classified facilities, the municipality where the facility is located, neighbors or third parties, the landowner (...) will be present at all the major stages in the life of the classified facility, as will banks and insurance companies. They are the interlocutors, requesters, advisors, etc. to whom the operator must be attentive.
