Organisme; Organization

A person or group of persons having a role with the responsibilities, authority and relationships to achieve its objectives. The concept of organization includes, but is not limited to, self-employed persons, companies, corporations, firms, enterprises, administrations, partnerships, charities or institutions, or any part or combination of the above, with limited liability or other status, under private or public law.

A set of interrelated or interacting elements of an organization, used to establish policies, objectives and processes to achieve said objectives.
