There are many reasons for carrying out an ISO 26000 diagnosis, but the main objective is to be able to assess your current performance and evaluate how far you still have to go to better meet the expectations of the standard, in line with your business development vision.

Depending on the results obtained and the state of progress of the activity, this may involve a process with far-reaching consequences in terms of financial, technical, human, organizational or even political resources. In the longer or shorter term, it may involve defining new objectives to be achieved, a cross-functional overhaul of the way in which all departments operate, taking greater account of stakeholders in the development of strategy, the creation and monitoring of new performance indicators, or even the integration of a new corporate policy.
