A few definitions
Review: determination of the relevance, suitability or effectiveness of an object in achieving defined objectives.
The review may also include a determination of efficiency.
Management: the person or group of people who guide and direct an organization at the highest level.
Object: entity, item, anything that can be perceived or designed (e.g. product, service, process, person, organization, system, resource).
objects can be material (e.g. an engine...), immaterial (e.g. a plan...) or imaginary (e.g. the future state of the organism).
Improvement: activities carried out to improve performance....
