The management review is a meeting attended by a number of participants, and the importance of management's presence is well established. But who are the participants and what are their roles?
5.1 Management
Overall, the role of management in the deployment of a management system is, among other things, to communicate the policy to all staff, set objectives to be achieved at all appropriate levels, review these objectives and make available the resources needed to achieve the objectives (figure 6 ).
