3.1 A decision-making tool for management

As explained in the previous paragraph, the main aim of a management review is to draw up an exhaustive assessment of the various points addressed, in order to evaluate the level of performance achieved through the various objectives set.

The management review requirements of these ISO standards oblige the organization to review its management system at planned intervals, in order to assess opportunities for improvement, and to revise, if necessary, its policy and related objectives.
