This examination consists of verifying the presence of documents in accordance with article R. 512-46-4 of the Code de l’environnement .

Examination of regularity

This examination consists of checking that the documents submitted meet the objectives requested.

Tipping test

This examination consists of checking whether, on the basis of the documents in the file, the registration procedure can be maintained, or whether an application for an operating permit should be submitted.
