5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't neglect deadlines for submitting applications

If, as part of the registration application procedure, the applicant must also submit a building permit application and/or a land-clearing application, the time required to submit both applications must not exceed 10 days. As these applications fall within the scope of the classified installations regime, these procedures are linked; it is therefore necessary to wait for the building permit and the registration order before starting construction or land-clearing work.
