Is it useful to have a lawyer present?
The presence of a lawyer is not necessarily required at the inspection stage.
In practice, the inspection will focus on technical aspects. The presence of a lawyer is therefore not essential at this stage, nor can you demand it.
Following the inspection visit, however, it may be useful to debrief with a lawyer, so as to establish a link between technical and legal requirements.
