4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Do not send an incomplete file

If your application does not include all the documents listed above, it may be rejected. Your application will also be deemed incomplete by the authorities if you simply state that "the installation does not disturb the neighborhood or make noise", or if you fail to mention in graphic documents, for example, that a drinking water catchment is located within a 35-meter radius of the installations.

The declaration procedure will take longer, as the authorities will ask you to complete your file, and only then will they be able to send you a declaration receipt.
