Planning certificate

The planning certificate is an administrative document setting out the planning rules applicable to a plot of land (boundaries, taxes, access to public facilities, etc.).

Completeness test

Its purpose is to check that all the documents required for a registration application are present. This examination will be accompanied by an examination of the regularity of the documents. It is on completion of these examinations that the admissibility of an application for registration is determined.
