3. Respect the deadlines following the submission of your application

3.1 Before starting construction

Wait until you have the decree issuing the PC, and the end of the public inquiry (for activities subject to authorization with inquiry).

The reason for this is that once a planning permission has been issued, the relevant authorities can withdraw it within three months if they consider it illegal. At the end of the public inquiry, the public's observations and the opinions of the various authorities consulted are known, particularly those likely to have an impact on the characteristics of the construction.

If the PC concerns a classified facility subject to registration, the work cannot be carried out before the registration decision.
