2. Identify public information obligations
Two situations need to be distinguished.
When environmental information relating to your plant must be spontaneously made available to the public: this is the public disclosure procedure, which takes place when your plant is authorized;
When the public takes the initiative to request access to environmental information about your facility: this is the request for information, which can occur at any time during the operation of your facility.
