You are required to prepare a dossier in which you describe and analyze the nature, characteristics and impact of your project. This file is drawn up for the attention of the Prefect of the département (the Prefect of Police in Paris), as well as the public. It will be brought to the attention of the latter during the consultation process organized by the prefect (the police prefect in Paris) prior to his decision.
