  We present a case study based on an artisanal Ardennes pâté company. This company is growing steadily in a competitive sector thanks to the excellent quality of its products.

  Mr X manages this company with 78 employees.

  In its early days, it was made up of cooks from renowned hotel schools in the provinces of Namur and Luxembourg. Today, it is recognized locally and regionally as a lifeline in the face of low employment opportunities.
