6. Conclusion

Let's sum up the contribution of organizational resilience to organizations in a few points:

• it is advisable to implement organizational resilience before any crisis, in all types of organization, so as to be observant of future turbulence;

• when the crisis is already underway, organizational resilience will enable us to organize ourselves, to name the players responsible for the crisis and, above all, to act more effectively on the organization's most vulnerable points;

• the roles, missions and functions of the organization's various partners are clearly defined. The empowerment of individuals and departments is valued;
