3. Identify PPRT constraints

The PPRT generates constraints not only for the operator of a facility at risk, but also for the operator of a neighboring facility at risk.

3.1 1st hypothesis: you are the operator of a facility presenting risks

First and foremost, you must comply with risk management regulations. Your ICPE authorization order includes technical specifications in this respect.
