In this case, check :
Check that business volumes are indeed necessary, and see if they cannot be reduced.
Example: in the case of a declaration relating to the storage of plastics, ask whether the volume stored cannot be reduced.
If this is not possible, contact the local DREAL. The operator will then be asked to draw up an operating permit file.
