5. Identify obligations associated with specific substances

Regulations establishing lists of substances or substance-uses linked to specific rights or obligations, for example :

• substances subject to authorization under REACh (Annex XIV) ;

• substances subject to restriction under REACh (Annex XVII) ;

• substances whose classification is harmonized by CLP (Annex VI) ;

• substances with a binding/non-binding exposure limit value (articles R. 4412-149 or R. 4412-150 of Code du travail );

• authorized or prohibited substances for the formulation of biocides and phytopharmaceuticals ;
