1. Identify your chemicals and related processes

All players in the product supply chain (substances or articles) are affected by regulatory obligations. You need to identify the chemicals that concern you and the associated processes to access the regulations that apply to you.

1.1 The product/use combination

First of all, you will carry out a diagnosis (inventory) of the chemical products used by your company. These are present in all states of matter (solid, liquid, gaseous) in the form of substances (acids, bases, solvents, etc.) or mixtures, including in the materials used. Objects or articles purchased, manufactured or delivered to third parties are also concerned.
