6. Glossary

Banche

Formwork-tool used to build vertical walls. Formwork panels are generally joined together in pairs (one per side), but can also be assembled in a "train" to form a longer unit, thus forming a single tool.

Tool form

A mold prepared for casting concrete, made from reusable, industrially-machined materials such as formwork panels or tables, as opposed to formwork produced by hand in a workshop or on site.

Cycle

A process that repeats itself identically a certain number of times during execution.

Fairground

Temporary manufacturing station, usually installed on a construction site, as opposed to in a specialized workshop.

Pre-slab

Prefabricated slab, approx. 7 cm...
