Site preparation and organization

Unless otherwise stipulated in the SCC, the contractor will draw up the documents necessary for completion of the work, such as working drawings, calculation notes and detailed studies, in accordance with the contractual documents. To this end, the contractor makes all necessary on-site measurements and remains responsible for the consequences of any measurement errors. He must, as the case may be, establish, verify or complete stability and resistance calculations. If he recognizes an error in the basic documents supplied by the client, he must immediately notify the project manager in writing. These documents are :
