Decarbonizing a fleet is not a matter for the fleet manager alone. It is a cross-functional project that requires the creation of a dedicated steering committee involving:

• the procurement/general services department for negotiating vehicle and energy contracts;

• the CSR department for accounting for GHG emission reductions (Scopes 1 and 3);

• the Finance Department (CFO) for CAPEX/OPEX decisions and tax optimization (vehicle tax/pollutant emissions tax, special depreciation);

• the Real Estate/Technical Services Department for managing electrical and gas connection work at the company’s sites;
