3. Customer's rights and obligations

3.1 General

• Informing the prime contractor

  The Customer:

  • ensures that the prime contractor has the documents and information required to perform the Services in a timely manner;

  • provides the prime contractor with all information:

    • ⇒ of a legal nature, such as building and operating permits, the status of his land rights, of which he is the sole interpreter, the town planning certificate (which he requests to be issued), dividing lines, party lines, easements, etc.

    • ⇒ of a technical nature, such as knowledge of the subsoil (boreholes, soil mechanics, existing and projected networks, quarry...
