2. Contractor's rights and obligations
2.1 General obligations of the prime contractor
The Contractor shall perform the Services in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, the regulations of public order applicable on the site(s) where the Services are to be performed (hereinafter referred to as the "Site(s)") designated in the Appendix and the rules of the trade in force on the date of formation of the Contract.
