1. Program

General comments on the Program :

According to the usual rules of French engineering, the Program is the name given to the technical specifications whose implementation is the responsibility of the Project Manager.

If the Customer is not in a position to draw up all or part of the Program himself, he may either associate someone (the Project Manager through this Contract, or a third party through a specific service contract) with the accomplishment of this task, or even delegate it outright. In all cases, however, the Program remains under the authority and responsibility of the Customer. Whichever option is chosen, the Parties should take into account the following comments on the content of the Program and the programming approach.
