This work presents the outline of a global risk analysis method for the territory. It has enabled us to gain a better understanding of risk dynamics, notably through the creation of several systemic models of the territory, and the drafting of generic hazard process grids enabling us to assess the level of hazard in a territory and to construct accident scenarios.

In addition, Petri nets were used for risk analysis, based on a coupling with the hazard process model used, and grids were drawn up listing possible countermeasures to the hazard processes considered [21] . However, the method developed needs to be critically analyzed.
