3. Towards dynamic modeling of risks in a given territory

3.1 Using Petri nets

As mentioned above, the coupling between processes can be modeled through the construction of an incidence-influence matrix ( [1][19] ) for the global enterprise risk analysis method. This matrix represents the links that exist between the various hazard processes identified in the system under study. However, it does not take into account the dynamics of the system and the hazard processes it generates. It is this characteristic, however, that needs to be integrated to model the dynamic coupling of hazard processes in an area.
