3. Strategic decisions

Strategists' decisions follow different logics and present different types, depending on the results of the diagnosis and the desired positioning of the DAS portfolio.

3.1 Decision logic

The nature of managers' individual or collective decisions differs according to their impact in space and their scope (or horizon) in time. Company managers mainly make strategic and organizational decisions (figure 26 ).
