Overview
ABSTRACT
The organization of a company encompasses its structures, processes and piloting systems. It is subjected to various contingencies, external contingencies related to the characteristics of the environment and internal contingencies which vary according to the size and age of the company, its strategy and activities. The strategic piloting implies an adaptation of the organization and the planning of its objectives as well as of the needs and the immaterial, material and financial resources of the company. This article also presents new approaches of strategic control, in particular the embedded or "balanced" dashboards, the integrated piloting systems and the platforms of development services.
