ABSTRACT
Developing the competences of collaborators within a company requires to involve notions of resources (tangible and intangible assets), enhance employees' skills (capacities or know-how), knowledge (validated knowledge) and potentiate dynamic capabilities (individual or collective capabilities to create, communicate and negotiate. A sound knowledge of these notions allows for implementing organizational strategies in order to pilot the development of resources while managing corporate identity and culture.
