Regulatory framework for maintenance activities

Due to the nature of the work performed and the conditions under which companies are required to carry it out, maintenance falls within a regulatory framework from which there can be no derogation. In fact, maintenance is a service activity which most of the time takes place in conditions where the risks incurred, whether for goods, the environment or people, see their probability of occurrence increase considerably. At the heart of this problem, the maintenance man, whatever his function, must be aware of these risks and of his responsibilities, both civil and criminal.
