4. Properties
The properties of a high-density polyethylene object depend on :
structural parameters: crystallinity, density, molar mass distribution, comonomer quantity and distribution;
part design;
conditions of use ;
operating parameters such as type and duration of stress, and temperature.
The characteristic properties of various HDPEs typical of certain applications are listed in Table 1 .
