desired strengths (shear, bending, impact, compression, peeling, etc.) ;
operating atmospheres (temperature and media: neutral, humid, chloride, nitride, sulfide, mixed, etc.) ;
the desired appearance (visible part or not).
It is also essential to take into account the processing method used when making the sandwich panel (profiling, stamping, folding), or at the customer's premises (shaping, assembly method: clinching, gluing, welding, brazing..., painting: powder, liquid; baking method...)....
