5. Identify chemical agents subject to special regulations
5.1 Dust with no specific effect
For premises with specific pollution levels, the average concentrations of total and respirable dust in the atmosphere inhaled by a worker, assessed over an eight-hour period, must not exceed 10 and 5 mg/m 3 of air respectively (cf. article R. 4222-10 of Code du travail ).
These values are frequently called into question, and there is therefore regular talk of lowering them.
