 INTRODUCTION

After briefly defining the concepts of occupational exposure limit values, this sheet will help you identify which of the substances making up the products you handle require you to measure employee exposure.

The different types of regulatory checks are specified, as are their frequency for the various types of limit values, whether :

  • binding regulations for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic chemical agents of category 1 and 2 according to the DSD (1A and 1B according to the CLP regulation);

  • for other hazardous chemical agents;

  • indicative (regulatory or otherwise).

Your control obligations for other types of chemical agents are also specified.
