3. Identify chemical agents whose measurement is required by law

3.1 CMR 1/2 chemical agents for which a binding regulatory VLEP is set (Type 1)

Cf. article R. 4412-149 of Code du travail .

For these chemical agents, have an initial assessment carried out to ensure compliance with the OEL, followed by a systematic annual check (annually, or whenever a change is made that could lead to an increase in exposure).

This inspection is compulsory regardless of the outcome of the risk assessment (cf. article R. 4412-76 of Code du travail...
