5.1 Don't ignore TRVs

Don't unnecessarily expose staff and local residents to toxic concentrations of chemical substances. Don't forget to put in place the means to control emissions from your sites, nor the means to protect and alert personnel and the general public in the event of accidental or fugitive emissions.
