6. Assess the context of classroom training

Ensure that the training context is suitable and appropriate for exchange and learning:

  • quiet environment, where everyone gets along;

  • room temperature.

Staff need to feel reassured and comfortable enough to ask any questions they may have.

For companionship, also provide a quiet place close to the workplace for debriefing and consolidating skills (control room, break room, office).
