3. What topics do you need to cover when welcoming and training staff from outside contractors?

As a user company – and according to article L. 4522-2 of Code du travail – you must welcome the personnel working on your behalf and inform them in particular about :

  • risks specific to your site's activity;

  • chemicals present on site and the risks they entail;

  • traffic flow, warning and evacuation systems ;

  • storage areas ;

  • rescue organization ;

  • facilities available to contractors: toilets, changing rooms, etc.
