2.1 Requirements for personnel and equipment supplied by the subcontractor

The following items may be requested before work begins:

  • Personnel medical clearance and aptitude. In accordance with UIC DT-40 rev6 – June 2007, level 1 and 2 chemical risk training courses are mandatory for all employees.

  • List of positions occupied by workers likely to require reinforced medical surveillance (article R. 4512-9 of Code du travail ).

  • List of chemicals used and their safety data sheets.
