5.1 Use the risk assessment reference framework (probability and severity scales) laid down in the September 29, 2005 decree.

In fact, as a summary of the analysis, it is mandatory to position all hazardous phenomena in the risk assessment grid of circulaire du 10 mai 2010 (which is built from the probability and severity scales reported in the Order of September 29, 2005).
