2. Which chemical agents and processes fall within the scope of the CMR Decree?

In accordance with Code du travail (article R. 4412-60 of Code du travail ), only CMR agents classified 1 or 2 according to the DSD and 1A or 1B according to the CLP fall within the scope of application of Décret n° 2001-97 du 1er février 2001 dit décret CMR .

(NB: CMR agents classified 3 under DSD and 2 under CLP are subject to the provisions concerning ACDs).
