  • References relating to the accreditation of the body. Scope of this accreditation. Accreditation details for the laboratory that carried out the analyses. Check that a clear distinction is made between the elements of the service that are accredited and those that are not.

  • Date of the procedure and date of sample analysis. Some samples require specific storage conditions (protection from light, temperature, etc.); the time between sampling and analysis is also a determining factor for certain substances that degrade when stored for long periods after sampling....
