3. Interpret the results with reference to the technical control of regulatory OELs (probabilistic approach).
If the report concerns the assessment carried out as part of the technical control of binding OELs, it shall contain details of the concentrations measured for each GEH over the sampling period.
If the sampling period does not cover the entire reference period of the OEL, adjustments will be made to the concentrations measured during the reference period (15 minutes or 8 hours), which may occur in several cases:
When the reference period has been covered by several successive samples.
When the sampling period covers the entire period during which the operator is potentially exposed, whether this period is longer or shorter than the reference period. The concentration is then reduced to an 8-hour period using the following calculation: measured concentration x measurement time in hours...
